Our principles
Our principles
These are the public company principles. The homepage keeps a short line for each. This page is the working interpretation we already publish.
Accessibility
Design for different abilities, devices, circumstances, and ways of working from the beginning. People reach the same information regardless of device, input method, or assistive technology. Color is never the only indicator. Motion is optional. Cognitive load stays low: predictable navigation, short chunks, no surprise animation, and no hidden content.
Security
Protect people, accounts, and information by default, not as an add-on. We take the smallest trusted surface that still does the job. No extra scripts, no surprise data collection, and no trust claims we cannot back.
Data sovereignty
Make it clear where data lives, who can access it, and what control people have over it. This site adds no client-side collection. Contact is email. The host still writes access logs, so we say that plainly rather than claiming the site collects nothing, and we prefer a Canadian region for those logs.
Honesty
No fake case studies, logos-as-proof, or inflated metrics. If Work is empty, we do not pretend it is full. Product cards describe what the product does and send the visitor to the product-owned site.
