Introduction

This is the public privacy note for the Sixern Software corporate brochure at https://sixern.ca. It states what the site itself adds, and what our host still processes when you visit.

What the site does not add

• No user accounts, cookies, or server-side session state in v1
• No third-party analytics, tag managers, or chat pixels
• No client-side collection: no analytics, no cookies, no pixels on pages from this repository
• No contact form. Forms are out of scope until a later roadmap phase names an owner

What remains when you visit

Our host writes standard web server access logs, which include visitor IP addresses. That is processing we do not control from this repository, so we do not claim the site "collects nothing." We prefer OVHcloud Canada (Beauharnois) so those logs stay in Canada.

If a future form is approved, document the processor, retention, and hosting region in SECURITY.md before it ships.

Report a vulnerability

Email hello@sixern.ca with a title, impact, affected URL or file, reproduction steps, and a suggested fix if you have one. Do not file public issues for unreleased security problems.
